
Our expertise in the furniture industry started more than a decade ago. Since then, we have been developing our know how specifically in the supply chain in China. After cooperating with different existing entities and supported by our best customers we kicked off East Pacific three years ago. In the meanwhile our business and team have been growing steady as a demonstration that we did the right choice and so we hope that more and more will join our journey. All our employee have from five to fifteen year of expertise in the office chair industry and together with it we have partners cooperating with us which have been involved in the business since more than 20 years.

Quality Control is performed as your own inspection on site. The key point of a good quality inspection is to precisely target your own standard and apply them in the production line of your suppliers. Every company, country, region have different requirements for the same product. This is the reason why we don’t set standards, we discuss them with our customers in order to have the best quality according to the chosen price range.
Claim compensation to your supplier might be hopeless once your payment is done and goods are shipped, at least if there have not been any third party control before the shipment and/or during the production.
